Children , dogs, the beach coffee with friends – we need these things and when they are taken away we can resort to the imagination and the video can help . When we imagine something our brain reacts exactly as if it were happening – releasing all the same feel good chemical . If we can fill our minds with good images we can access a better feeling state- if only for a few minutes. One of the first things to go when we are stressed in the imagination and creativity for problem solving.
